FYI:

while filming the battle of the bulge, some of the Beebe guns used were fired at a couple of cardboard boxes and some neighbors yelled at us for shooting at their "pet" birds, which consisted of stray birds that visited their bird feeders.

We were unable to show any actual violence, hence the cutting to black whenever someone is shot.

Hitler's blood was a composite of milk, strawberry syrup, salsa, and hamburger meat.

Everything was filmed in two days due to track practices take up good portions of the afternoon.

In the scene Where Brendan and I (Cottingham) are talking in the basement in front of a map, Ryan Kraus was filming and the date was on at the beginning of the scene.  I don't really like the date being on just because it makes the video seem less mature, but the date happened to disappear before Brendan and I actually started talking, yet a rumor started going around that I was really pissed at Kraus for leaving the date on.  The date is not in the film, and I was never angry at Kraus.
